How to View your Tenant Ledger

You can view your ledger and payment transactions in the ‘Rent’ section of your app.

Steps:

1. Log in to your OurTenant App

2. Click the ‘Rent’ icon on your home screen.

3. Click the ‘Rent Ledger’ button below your rent details.

4. This will show a list of all your recent payments.

To download/print your ledger to a PDF or CSV file, you must be logged into your OurTenant profile on a desktop or laptop device. The ledger is unable to be downloaded or printed from a mobile device.

Steps:

1. Log in to your OurTenant profile here

2. Click on the Rent tab
   

   

    

3. Select Rent Ledger from the right hand side menu
   

   

   
   

4. Use the downwards arrow to download to a CSV file, or the click on the PDF icon to download as a pdf document.
