When starting a new lease as new tenants of a property you will be sent an email with your lease offer. This email will contain instructions for you to select your preferred payment method of either Direct Debit or Card.
This set up will allow you to pay your first two weeks rent or holding deposit and remain as your method of payment for future rent and invoices. You can change your payment method to any other available option after your first rent payment in your Tenant App or Portal.
You may be prompted to log in to your Tenant profile, be sure to have your username and password available.
