OurTradie gives you the ability to create 'interactive' quotes with numerous options and extras that can selected by the Property Manager or Landlord.

You are then sent a workorder Only for what was selected and approved.

No more miscommunication or confusing workorders!

How to create selectable options and extras

1. Open the Quote Request and expand the 'Quote - Work Item' section.

2. When creating your work item, you will see 2 icons - a 'Plus' symbol and a 'Two-way' arrow. 

These will turn green when selected.

If you are using the 'Complete' "Quote/invoice style" setting you will find these 2 options in the pop-up window.

If you are using the 'Simple' "Quote/invoice style" setting you will find these 2 options to the right of each work item description.

3. Click the required option to create the work item either as an Additional Extra (Plus Symbol) or an Alternative Option (2-Way Arrow).

Additional Extras

Click and select the 'Plus' symbol to mark the work item as an Additional Extra. You can create as many as needed and all can be selected by the PM or Landlord for approval.

Alternative Options

Click and select the '2-Way Arrow' for each different Option you are quoting.

Only 1 Option can be selected and approved by the PM or Landlord.
