How to Find and Download Invoices for Maintenance

Maintenance invoices are available online in your landlord portal at all times and can be viewed online and downloaded as a PDF is needed.

How to Find and Download your Maintenance Invoices

1. Mouse-over Maintenance from the top menu and select Completed

2. Click on the Job Title for the maintenance job for which you need to view/download the invoice.

3. Once the job details page has loaded you can view the invoice details in the Job Description and Work Items sections.

4. If you need a PDF version of the invoice, click on the Invoice icon at the top right corner of the page.

The PDF will download to your web browser where you can access it as you would any other downloaded file.

5. You can also access the original quote details and full job history if needed.
