Welcome to the OurProperty Tenant Rewards Program—your opportunity to save on everyday essentials, just by paying your rent.

By using these payment methods—Direct Debit, Card Payment, or Static EFT—you qualify for the Tenant Rewards Program and unlock exclusive discounts and cashback offers.

How Does It Work?

Once you make your first rent payment via one of these payment methods, your rewards account will be activated. You’ll receive an email within two weeks with your login details and access to the rewards page. If you don’t receive the email after two weeks, please contact your property manager.

Note: If you change your payment method from a qualifying one to a non-qualifying method, you will be unenrolled from the Tenant Rewards Program.

How to access your rewards

Choosing to pay rent and invoices via Direct Debit or Card will enable access to the WheretoEnjoy rewards program. Once your first direct debit is successful (cleared), you will receive an email inviting you to join the rewards program. This email from WheretoEnjoy may take up to 2 weeks to be sent to your email address registered with your OurTenant Account. Once joined your response will be forwarded to the WheretoEnjoy team who will then provide you reward access.

Please note; you will not be automatically signed up to the reward program, it is your responsibility to follow the email instructions and opt in. Reminders will be sent following the initial email, along with a yearly reminder.

From your OurTenant App, you can access by clicking on 'Get Rewards' which sits in the top right hand corner of your main dashboard menu. This will take you to the Where to Enjoy rewards program in a web browser.
