The OP -Pay Tenancy Wallet option will create a bank account for you that funds can be deposited into for the payment of your rent and invoices. Your rent and invoices will be automatically debited from your tenancy wallet on the due date.
A tenancy wallet is suited to rent payments made by a third party (e.g. company, charity) or shared tenancies where multiple renters of the same property can deposit their share of the rent/invoice for the whole amount owed.
The wallet balance is checked daily up to 2 days after the due date. If you are in arrears and top up the wallet with funds, the transaction will be processed within 24hrs of money clearing into your wallet.
