Occasionally, Xero may ask for you to reauthenticate your account when it is linked to OurTradie. If you are experiencing any errors in pulling invoice details from Xero to OurTradie, try reconnecting the app through the steps below.
Step 1. Log out of Xero if running
Step 2. Open OurTradie and go to Settings Accounting page
Step 3. Click Change Account Details Button
Step 4. Login to Xero - you may need to complete Xero's two-step verification process if prompted.
Step 5. Xero will request allow access – click the Allow Access button.
Step 6. Wait for the page to return to OurTradie Accounting page. This may take up to 30-60 seconds.
Step 7. Click Save button, bottom right-hand corner. At the top of the screen, you will see ‘Message Successfully saved’.
You have now reconnected to Xero 😊
