Tradies must manage their bank account details within their Tradie account in Ourproperty for security reasons. Details below on how to enter or change these details.
The details entered are used for funds disbursement for invoices submitted through OurProperty for OP Payments agencies.
If no account details are entered, invoice funds will be held until valid bank details are available.
Steps for the tradesperson:
1. Go to the ‘Payment’ tab at the top of the Settings page, or click on the cog icon and select ‘Payment’.
2. Enter the bank account details where invoices will be paid into. This will be either your company or business account.
Important: Your OurTradie agency fees will NOT come out of this account. You will need to add separate Credit or Debit card details in the 'Subscriptions' tab for this.
