Never miss a maintenance request, quote submission, lease renewal recommendation, inspection invitation, landlord responsibility jobs and more.

The jobs in the To Do list displays a brief description of the job, the date it was referred to you, the action you need to take, and the address for which the job relates.

Simply click anywhere on the task line to open the full details page and process your action as needed.

This can be a task to approve a maintenance request, approve a quote, complete a job you have done yourself, review a lease renewal recommendation and more.

Example

In this example the landlord has a To Do item for the maintenance request Bedroom 3 for their investment property 17 Ruby Cres. The action they need to take is to Approve the request.

To complete this action, they click on the task line in the To Do list to open the job details page...
