If you have attended to a maintenance request yourself, you will need to mark the job as completed in OurProperty.
Once the job has been marked as completed, both the tenant and property manager are advised.
The tenant is then asked for their feedback to confirm that their maintenance request has been attended to and has been rectified to a suitable standard.
If positive feedback is received, the job is considered completed and closed.
If negative feedback is received, the property manager is notified to contact both you and the tenant to further discuss the matter.
The tenant has 7 days to respond. If no feedback is received, the job is considered completed and closed.
