1. Access the Quote Requests page via the Dropdown list under Quotes or via the Requested tab while viewing other quotes pages.
2. In this page you can search or filter quote requests by:
- Job Number
- Keyword
- Customer name
- Quote Due Dates
- Job Due Dates
Use the Filter Options at the top of the page and click the Search button (highlighted below). To see all your jobs again press the Clear button to clear your filters.
3. Quote requests that have not been actioned will have 3 buttons next to them to assign, reject and approve the requests instantly.
A. Assign to another team member, subcontractor, or employee.
B. Reject the job request (this sends a message to the property manager and requires you to type in a reason).
C. Accept the offer to quote.
4. You can change the status of a request by clicking the blue circle. A pop-up box will appear with the following options:
- Attended
- Phoned
- Waiting on call back
- Waiting on access
- Other
Note: These status options are for your reference only, to help you manage your quotes.
