How To Create a Maintenance Request from the Landlord Portal

Gone are the days of requesting maintenance by phone or by email. Now, with OurProperty's Landlord Portal, it is easier than ever to create your own maintenance requests for your investments. Request pest control, gutter cleaning, tree trimming and any other type of maintenance you need to ensure your investment properties are kept to the highest standard.

To create your request, mouse-over the Maintenance link at the top menu and click on Create Request.

From the New Request page you can select the location within the property, the area in the selected location, and select from a possible list of problems related to you chosen location and area. If your particular option is not available, simply select Other.

Type part of the address and select the correct property from the orange menu. This will ensure your request is connected to the correct property and property manager.

You can then select the Maintenance type between General wear and tear, Tenant Damage, and a Bond job.

Type in a detailed description to ensure both the property manager and the tradie completely understand your request.

You can also add photos and videos for even clearer comprehension.

if you have any other documents you need to attach, click on the button Attach Files and upload.

Once done, Click on Send request to send to your property manager.
