OurTradie provides a comprehensive Job History which is sure to provide you with all the action details you need.

The Job history will list who and when the job or quote was created. You can see who and when the quote or job was approved for go ahead so you can be confident in proceeding with work.

The Job History is available to all users - Property Managers, Tradies, Landlords, and Tenants.

How To Find The Job History

1. Open the Job's details page and click on 'Images / additional info' to expand the section.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the section and click on 'Job History'

3. The Job History will open in a popup window where you can see every action and step for the job.

The example below shows the Property Manager created the quote request and was sent to the tradie.
The tradie created and submitted the quote to the Property Manager who then referred the Quote to the Landlord for their Approval.
The Landlord then approved the quote using the acceptance link in their email notification.
