Complete your new management agreement efficiently and from the comfort of your mobile or desktop device.
Receiving the agreement
Your new management agreement will be emailed to you by the managing agent, or may be completed with you in person on a mobile or laptop device. The email will contain a link to the agreement where you are to fill in the required information by navigating through the pages. The content of the email may vary slightly to what is shown in the example below, however the link will display in blue font.
Click on the link in the email to open the management agreement and start the process.
Completing the agreement
As you move through the pages of the agreement, certain information can be entered and updated by yourself, and other fields will be locked for the agency to complete. Locked sections will appear with a grey background and cannot be changed by the owner. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory sections for you to provide information and must be completed before you can move onto the next step.
Page 1: About the Property
The first page asks for additional information on the property details.
This includes, the ownership name against the property as shown on the property title and basic property parameters such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms and car spaces.
Use the next arrow located in the top right hand corner to move to the next page. Upon pressing next the information you have entered will save.
Page 2: About You
The second page requests your details as the owner of the property including your email address and phone number and your preferred method of communication from the agency. Also use this page to add additional property owners onto the management agreement.
Page 3: Management commencement
Management start date = the day the agency is to start managing the property on your behalf
Availability date = the date the property is available for tenants occupation.
Rent amount = the current or asking rent on the property.
Please note, the fields shown in the image below and subsequent images may differ per agency with respect to being editable by you as the owner.

Fees and rebates are disclosed here for your review.
Remaining Pages
Continue to use the next button to move through the agreement, or press previous to go back. Information on the following may be mandatory for you to press next OR can be elected to be provided at a later date based on agency requirements. Look for the red asterisk on each field to identify mandatory information for management of the property.

Uploading I.D Documents
Uploading your identification documents can be easily done using one of the following methods:

Drag and drop files from a desktop computer

Press the Upload button and select the document from your saved files - desktop or mobile device capability

Sign and Submit
The last page of the agreement provides a PDF preview of the document for you to review before pressing 👍 I Agree.
By clicking on 👍 I Agree, you will be asked to digitally sign the document to complete the initial agreement process. You will be then emailed a signed copy of the agreement.
Additional Information Follow Up
Once submitted, there is now sufficient information to begin managing the property on your behalf. However, additional information may be required to complete a fully executed management agreement.
The last page of the digital agreement will provide labelled buttons for you to access that section of the document and provide the additional info.
Regular follow up emails will be sent to your email until all information is completed. A signed copy of the fully executed document will then be emailed to you for your records.
